Standard Service Rates

RESIDENTIAL:
Monthly Minimum: $30.00
Water Included w/ Minimum Bill: 0-2000/gallons
$8.50 per thousand gallons above 2000


COMMERCIAL:
40,000 gallon monthly average
$32.00 for first 2,000 gallons
$10.50 per thousand gallons above 2000

Tier (gal.): Residential 2,000 gal.: $30.00
2,000 and above $8.50 per thousand gallons

Our community's water meters are read electronically each month. Please contact our office for any additional information.

Payment Due Dates

All current month payments are due by the 15th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be added after the 16th of the month. If the meter has been locked, there is a $100.00 reconnect fee.
